Dana Peck has been involved in music all her life. She began piano as a child and began playing harp at 11. Dana started playing in orchestras early on, first volunteering with Calvary Bible Church’s orchestra when she was 12. In high school, she became a member of the Bakersfield Youth Symphony, where she was Principal Harpist for 3 Years and performed as a soloist. She has since played in various orchestras such as the Bakersfield Symphony, and the Shafter Symphony, and under conductors Jung Ho Pak, Stillian Kirov, and Maxim Eshkenazy. Dana has received various honors, Including being in masterclasses with Susann McDonald, and Elizabeth Hainen as a participant at the Elizabeth Hainen Harp Colony. Dana is passionate about passing on her craft to the next generation. She teaches Harp, and beginning Piano.
