Pastor Mark has come to Calvary Bible to be our Worship & Music Pastor, after ministering in Akron, Ohio for 13 years.

Pastor Mark's main responsibilities include direction of the Celebration Choir & Orchestra, Calvary's Praise Band and various worship teams, as well as the Audio Visual Ministry. Pastor Mark also oversees the Praise Kids' Choir.

Pastor Mark has studied at both Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College in Southern California and Malone College in Canton, Ohio. He has also been influenced greatly by the Professor of Music at California Baptist University, Dr. Gary Bonner.

Pastor Mark has been married since 1984 to his wife Dawn. He has three children: Brittany (studying to be a nurse in Canton, Ohio), Kyle (studying to be in full-time ministry at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago) and Makenzie is a high school student and is being home schooled in Bakersfield.
