Studies and Prayer Groups

Women of Wisdom Bible Study and Fellowship - "The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart..." Satisfying Our Souls is a weekly Wednesday morning Bible study and fellowship time. Through an in-depth study of God's word and discussion of what we are gleaning, we discover that God truly does satisfy our souls, binding our hearts to one another.

WOW Bible Study starts in the Chapel at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 11:30 a.m. Nursery care will be provided as well as a children's program.

Our studies have been a great source of blessing in the past and many new friendships have emerged, as we are able to be encouraged together through God's word. Sign up forms are available on the Women’s Ministry flower cart and in the church office or you may call Cyndy McGinty at 588-3222.

Friday Sunrise Bible Study - We meet at 6:30 a.m. in Room 313 every Friday. We have prayer prior to starting Bible study and join the men's Bible study group at 7:25 a.m. for breakfast and fellowship in the Activities Center. Ladies in Touch Prayer Group - "The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous woman avails much." For the women of Calvary Bible who have met to spend one hour in prayer, we have seen this to be true. We've been blessed to see God working in many areas of ministry and in our own lives. An added benefit that has come through spending time in prayer together is the bond of love for one another that has deepened.

This prayer time is not for a select group. The invitation to come join us is open to any woman that desires to pray for Women's Ministry, our church, our staff and one another. Ladies In Touch meets on Wednesdays at 11:45 a.m. in the Chapel. Remember, this is only for one hour, once a week. See you there!
